Summonses

10/28 at 4:17 p.m. Jameson Perry, 24, of Scarborough was issued a summons by Sgt. Andrew Steindel on Sawyer Road on a charge of operating after suspension and failure to maintain control of the vehicle.

Eye spy trouble

10/28 at 4:17 p.m. Police were notified that a car veered off Sawyer Road and ran into a porch. According to police, Jameson Perry of Scarborough claimed he was rubbing his eyes when he suddenly hit the gas pedal instead of the breaks. His car left the road and struck the corner post of a porch. The resident was home at the time. Police said there were no charges filed and no injuries were reported. Perry was issued a summons on a charge of failure to control the vehicle.

Bad dog

10/29 Police met with a resident of the Shore Road area who reported a loose dog had killed several of their chickens. The dog’s owner was identified and contacted and the case has been referred to the animal control officer.

10/27 at 8:21 p.m. Chimney fire on Shore Road.

10/28 at 4:18 p.m. Vehicle, house accident on Sawyer Road.
