10/25 at 11:45 a.m. Michael Butler, 42, of Boyd Street, South Portland, was arrested on Belfield Road by Officer Aaron Webster on charges of criminal use of explosives, unsworn falsification, criminal mischief, violating conditions of release and reckless conduct.


10/26 at 10:01 a.m. Matthew Milbier, 29, of Portland, was issued a summons on Broad Cove Road by Officer Darin Estes on a charge of violating the firearms discharge ordinance.

10/27 at 2:30 p.m. Heidi O’Rourke, 49, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Hemlock Hill Road by Sgt. Eric Fay on a charge of allowing a dog to run at large.
