11/12, no time listed A 15-year-old male, of South Portland, was issued a summons at an undisclosed location by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
11/12 at 9:17 a.m. Mollie Coburn, 34, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Mitchell Road by Officer Eric Vanasse on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
