11/4 at 9:41 a.m. Kenneth Jules LaFlamme, 38, of 27 Vernan Road, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on warrants for criminal mischief and cruelty to animals.


There were no summonses issued during the period reported.

Fire calls

11/3 at 1:10 p.m. Odor investigation, Rocky Hill Road.

11/3 at 3:43 p.m. Fire alarm, Ocean House Road.

11/6 at 12:26 p.m. Car fire, Bowery Beach Road.

11/7 at 11:35 a.m. Car fire, Gladys Road.

Not a deer

11/4 at 11:55 a.m. Police received a call from a resident of the Shore Acres area who reported that an arrow struck a house. Police obtained a vehicle description and a suspect was identified. Cape detectives made contact with the parent of a 17-year-old of Saco who admitted hunting in the area and shooting at a deer. The case has been handled and closed per the plaintiffs request.


There were nine calls for emergency medical service from Nov. 3 through Nov. 9.
