5/25 at 2:04 a.m. Matthew J. Doyle, 31, of Preble Street, was arrested on Preble Street by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of violating conditions of release.
Summonses
5/21 at 6:30 p.m. Mark Fleming, 58, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of failure to produce insurance.
5/22 at 6:28 p.m. Benjamin MacArthur, 31, of Portland, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of possession of marijuana.
