4/23 at 12:30 a.m. Daniel A. Merrill, 27, of Grant Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 77 by Officer Aaron Webster on charges of operating under the influence and possession of marijuana.

Summonses

4/23, no time reported. Sara Aella, 26, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating after suspension.

4/25 at 11:05 a.m. Philip Cox, 61, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

4/26 at 4:19 p.m. Seth Hennessey, 41, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

4/27 at 5:35 p.m. Roberta Banda, 35, of Standish, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Ben Davis on charges of failure to produce insurance and operating after suspension.

Gardening tools with legs?

4/25, no time reported. Police met with a Kettle Cove area resident about a possible burglary in a shed on the resident’s property. After investigating the scene, police said that although some property had been moved and placed outside the shed, nothing appeared to be missing.
