Arrests

4/25 at 5:21 p.m. Justin Baratta, 21, of Haskell Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Route 77 by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.

Summonses

4/25 at 9:30 p.m. Halle Fix, 19, of Portland, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of possession of marijuana.

No rock hard evidence

4/26 at 12 a.m. A home on Mitchell Road sustained damage to a shutter and some vinyl siding from what the owner says was a single golf ball-sized rock thrown at the house. The owner said she heard the sound at midnight and called police the following morning. There are no suspects.

A daytime eggsault

4/26 at 10:30 a.m. Police have no suspects in what they called a “daytime  assault” on two homes in the Broad Cove area, which were egged Sunday morning.
