3/1 at 7: 50 p.m. Sylvia King, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Ben Davis on Ocean Street in South Portland on a charge of operating without a license.

3/5 A resident of Shore Road contacted police to report a missing snow blower. Police report the orange Husqvarna snow blower is valued at $1,000 and was located in an unlocked shed outside the residence.

3/5 A resident of Mitchell Road contacted police to report a suspicious person taking pictures outside their house. After investigating, police report the person taking pictures used to live in the home.
