3/2 at 9:56 p.m. Nicholas Najeeb Lotfey, 24, of Falmouth, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on Bowery Beach Road on a charge of operating with a suspended license.

Summonses

3/1 at 7: 50 p.m. Sylvia King, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Ben Davis on Ocean Street in South Portland on a charge of operating without a license.

3/1 at 8:08 p.m. Ashley McAndrew, 22, of Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Fowler Road on charges of operating after suspension and possession of a suspended license.

3/5 at 1:05 a.m. Ian Yates, 30, of South Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Ben Davis on Eastman Road on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

3/5 A resident of Shore Road contacted police to report a missing snow blower. Police report the orange Husqvarna snow blower is valued at $1,000 and was located in an unlocked shed outside the residence.

3/5 A resident of Mitchell Road contacted police to report a suspicious person taking pictures outside their house. After investigating, police report the person taking pictures used to live in the home.
