Cape Elizabeth Police reported no arrests from Feb. 28 to March 5.
Summonses
2/28 at 8:40 p.m. Kyle Wursthorne, 20, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Sawyer Road by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
2/29 at 6:30 p.m. Kathryn Shisler, 52, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of driving 53 mph in a 30 mph zone.
2/29 at 8:10 p.m. Michael Costa, 62, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Broad Cove Road, by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of failure to stop at a stop sign.
3/3 at 6:20 p.m. Sigrid Austin, 76, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Spurwink Avenue by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of failure to yield.
3/4 at 9:50 p.m. Nicholas Davies, 27, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Bowery Beach Road by Officer Ben Davis on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

2/29 at 7:01 a.m. Alarm call on Tiger Lilly Road.
3/1 at 5:36 p.m. Investigation on Wabun Road
3/3 at 6:29 p.m. Motor vehicle accident on Ocean House Road.
