3/27 at 1:19 a.m. Julia J. Moen, 48, of Bowery Beach Road, was arrested by Officer Ben Davis on Route 77 on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

3/26 at 9:25 a.m. Todd Oliver, 37, of Farmington, was issued a summons by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on Route 77 on a charge of possession of marijuana.

No oil for you

3/21 According to police, a resident of Shore Road was running low on heating oil and called an oil company for a delivery. Allegedly, the resident did not receive a response from the oil company and contacted another oil company who delivered the oil promptly. Police report that several weeks later the original oil company came to the residence to make an oil delivery. The home owner tried to stop the oil delivery, and contacted police to report the situation. Police responded to the call but report it is a civil dispute.

3/25 A resident of the Broad Cove area notified police that the tip of a large tree on his property had been cut. The resident thought the cut may have been recent, but police report the cut appears to have been made several months ago. Only the tip of the tree was removed.

3/24 at 7:32 a.m. Carbon monoxide alarm on Wildwood.

3/28 at 1 a.m. Fire alarm on Roof Road.

Cape Elizabeth emergency medical services responded to nine calls from March 22-28.
