3/13 at 3:12 p.m. Derek K. Baillie, 27, of Orchard Road, was arrested on Ocean House Road by Officer Aaron Webster on charges of violating conditions of release and operating with a suspended or revoked license.
3/16 at 6:08 p.m. A 17-year-old female, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Spurwink Avenue by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of domestic violence assault.
3/14 at 7:09 p.m. James O. Fitzgerald, 44, of Long Point Lane, was arrested on Long Point Lane by Officer Eric Vanasse on charges of domestic violence assault, violating conditions of release and refusing to submit to arrest.

3/13 at 8:36 p.m. A 17-year-old female, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Spurwink Avenue by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on charges of domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.
