Arrests

3/10 at 1:28 a.m. Arthur Hendrick, 22, of Alexander Drive, was arrested by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on Spurwink Avenue on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/10 at 8:34 p.m. Spencer Blair-Glantz, 27, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Aaron Webster on Mitchell Road on a charge of exceeding the posted speed by 30 miles per hour or more.

3/11 at 5:55 p.m. Murray Brent Ellis, 63, of Lyndon Lane, was arrested by Officer Kevin Kennedy on a charge of assault.

Summonses

3/12 at 1 a.m. Joshua Bailey, 18, of Cape Elizabeth was issued a summons by Officer Aaron Webster on State Avenue on a charge of furnishing a place to consume alcohol.

3/12 A 16-year-old boy, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of possession of alcohol.

3/14 at 5:58 p.m. Valerie Lessard, 23, of Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on Shore Road on a charge of operating after suspension.

Not so special delivery

3/10 Police were contacted regarding an accident on Ocean House Road. A resident reported that a few months ago during an ice storm, a newspaper delivery driver slid into the resident’s garage causing some damage. The resident reported that the driver agreed to pay for the damages, but since then, has failed to pay anything. The resident wanted to file a complaint with police.
