5/31 at 5:34 p.m. Bart A. Johnson, 23, of Julie Ann Lane, was arrested on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

6/1 at 10:03 p.m. David A. Riker, 21, of Jordan Farm Road, was arrested on McAuley Road by Officer Ben Davis on charges of unlawful drug possession and violating conditions of release.

6/2 at 2:20 a.m. Melissa M. Dibiase, 24, of Fowler Road, was arrested on Ocean House Road by Officer Rory Diffin on operating under the influence of drugs and violating license restrictions.

Summonses

5/29 at 12:10 a.m. Samantha Allen, 18, of Harrison, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

5/26 A Spurwink Avenue resident reported a Honda lawnmower and a weed whacker were stolen from an unlocked garage.

Crafty canine

5/31 Police responding to a call about a dog running loose on Spurwink Avenue caught the dog after several attempts. It was returned to its owners.
