Arrests

5/26 at 10 a.m. Peter Emery, 31, of Pequawket Trail, Baldwin, was arrested on Mitchell Road by Officer Aaron Webster on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/28 at 6:16 p.m. Patrick Kane, 31, of Westfield Road, was arrested on Longfellow Drive by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on charges of operating under the influence and operating beyond license restrictions.

Summonses

5/30 at 5:32 p.m. Mohammad Faizizada, 60, of Portland, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating with an expired license.

Taxing calls

5/24 Officers met with two local residents who received letters from Maine Revenue Services indicating phony tax returns had been filed with their personal information.

By the beautiful sea

5/26 Officer Rory Diffin met with a woman at Crescent Beach State Park who discovered bones she worried were human. The bones were sent to the Office of Chief Medical Examiner in Augusta for examination.

5/25 at 6:35 a.m. Cooking fire on Longfellow Drive.

5/27 at 11:12 a.m. Line down on Algonquin Road.

Cape Elizabeth emergency medical services responded to 12 calls from May 24-30.
