6/23 at 4:59 p.m. Kenneth Laflamme, 47, of Vernon Road, was arrested on Route 77 by Officer Benjamin Davis on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

6/24 at 4:28 p.m. Jesse K. Howard, 25, of Orchard Street, Farmington, was arrested on Route 77 by Officer Benjamin Davis on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
