Arrests

6/21 at 9:48 p.m. Heidi Rae MacIver, 35, of Woodland Drive, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on Mitchell Road on two warrants for failure to appear on charges of violation of protection order.

6/21 at 10:20 p.m. Jeffrey Keith Witherell, 22, of Fowler Road was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on Fowler Road on a charge of cultivating more than 10 marijuana plants and issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

6/22 at 12:27 a.m. Trevor Jackson Davenport, 34, of Brentwood Road, was arrested by Officer Eric Fay on Spurwink Avenue on a charge of operating under the influence. 

6/25 at 1:40 a.m. Timothy Eaton, 30, of Ocean House Road, was arrested by Officer Eric Fay on Ocean House Road on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Summonses

6/21 at 6:45 p.m. Sharon Wardle, 44, of Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Ocean House Road a charge of operating with suspended registration charge.

6/22 at 1:30 a.m. William Levandowski, 19, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Eastfield Road on charges of escape from custody and possession of alcohol. 

6/22 at 1:30 a.m. Emma Goldbas, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Eastfield Road on a charge of furnishing a place to consume alcohol.

Squirrely situation

6/22 Police were notified of a “strange acting squirrel” in the Kettle Cove area. The squirrel reportedly made contact with the resident’s dog. Police report the squirrel was destroyed and the animal control officer was contacted for a follow up investigation.

Remains of the day

6/27 Police met with someone at Fort Williams Park reporting to have found human bones in the beach area. Police contacted the state medical examiner’s office, which determined the bones were not human.

6/25 at 2:15 p.m. Mutual aid to South Portland.

6/27 at 4:12 p.m. Brush fire on Sawyer Road.
