6/18 at 6:08 p.m. Kevin G. Bliss, 57, of Kennebago Avenue, Oquossoc, was arrested on State Avenue by Officer Rory Diffin on a warrant and a charge of operating beyond a license restriction.

6/22 at 1 a.m. Joshua Crocket, 31, of Pleasant Avenue, South Portland, was arrested on Sawyer Road by Officer Eric Fay on charges of operating under the influence and possession of a dangerous knife.
