Cape Elizabeth Police reported no arrests June 5-11.

Summonses

6/6 at 10:25 p.m. Benjamin Morse, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of operating with an inadequate headlight.

6/8 at 3:37 p.m. Matthew Dulude, 37, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Preble Street by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on charge of failure to use a safety belt.

6/9 at 3 a.m. Katherine Nichols, 30, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of failure to show proof of vehicle insurance.

6/9 at 11:20 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Scott Dyer Road by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of failure to stop at a stop sign.

6/10 at 1:50 p.m. Franklin Dee, 20, or York, was issued a summons on Sawyer Road by Officer Mark Dorval on a charge of driving an uninspected vehicle.

Hate to interrupt

6/7 Police said a Brentwood Road resident interrupted a burglary to his vehicle around 12:20 a.m. Two male suspects allegedly fled on foot to a waiting vehicle. The resident said loose change was missing from his vehicle after the burglary.

Fire calls

6/6 at 6:02 p.m. Fire alarm on Stonegate Road.

6/8 at 5:57 p.m. Lightning strike on Stonybrook Road.

6/10 at 10:34 a.m. Gas leak on High Bluff Road.
