7/20 at 2:14 a.m. Ethan Oak Turley, 20, last known address in Fryeburg, was arrested on Shore Road by Officer Rory Diffin on charges of sexual abuse of a minor and indecent conduct.

7/24 at 11:21 p.m. Tanner Alexander Tremblay, 19, of South Portland, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on Two Lights Road on a charge of operating without a license in violation of restriction.

7/25 at 8:19 p.m. Robert James Bateman, 44, of New York, N.Y., was arrested on Two Lights Road by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on charges of operating under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal speeding.


7/20 at 7:20 p.m. Cassandra Barrett, 21, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Mitchell Road on charges of operating after suspension and possession of suspended drivers license.

7/21 at 8:25 p.m. Amy Prout, 37, of Scarborough, was issued a summons by Officer Ben Davis on Ocean House Road on a charge of failure to control vehicle.

Beach party busted

7/23 at 12:30 a.m. Police removed a group of people from Crescent Beach because they were in possession of alcohol and had a fire without a permit.

Trying to work

7/23 no time provided Police were contacted by a Post Office representative regarding a loose and aggressive dog in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood. The owner was identified and contacted.
