7/22 at 3:45 a.m. Leah Marie Talbot, 29, of Shore Road was arrested on Castle Street, South Portland, by Office Rory Diffin on charges of operating under the influence of drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and failure to report property damage from an accident.
