Arrests

7/17 at 8:53 a.m. Steven Thomes, 46, of Oakhurst Road, was arrested at his residence by Officer Ben Davis on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal restraint.

7/21 at 6:20 p.m. Abby Schriefer, 19, of Congress Street, Portland, was arrested at Fort Williams Park by Officer David Galvan on a charge of trafficking scheduled drugs.

Summonses

7/16 at 12:54 p.m. David Kirkey, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Beach Bluff Terrace by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of marijuana possession.

7/20 at 8:46 a.m. Joseph Kane, 45, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating after suspension.

Rt. 77 traffic detoured after crash

Traffic was detoured for about 45 minutes after a head-on collision Tuesday near Town Hall on Ocean House Road. The collision occurred at about 5:30 p.m. when a southbound vehicle drifted over the center line and collided with a northbound vehicle, according to police. One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
