12/26 at 9:35 p.m. Michael Rich, 38, of Portland, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating after suspension.
12/30 at 9:15 p.m. David Dickens, 60, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Woodland Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of possession of marijuana.
12/30 at 9:30 p.m. Robert Allan, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Beverly Terrace by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of violating conditions of release.
