Arrests

1/10 at 10:31 a.m. Luke David Huber, 49, of Two Lights Road, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on Two Lights Road on charges of domestic violence aggravated assault, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence criminal restraint.

1/10 at 12:39 a.m. Arthur N. Hendrick, 23, of Alexander Drive, was arrested by Officer Ben Davis on Spurwink Avenue on charges of operating under the influence and violation of condition of release. He was also issued a summons on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident.

Summonses

1/11 at 11 a.m. Evan Jendrasko, 19, of Portland, and Jacob Rudolf, 19 of South Portland, were issued summonses by Officer Aaron Webster on Sawyer Road on charges of possession of marijuana.

1/12 Police were called to investigate a harassment complaint on Woodland Road. A resident reported having been verbally harassed by neighbors. When police talked to the neighbors, they indicated the conflict was started because the resident was too loud and was allegedly causing disturbance in the apartment building. Police were able to diffuse the situation and everyone involved reportedly agreed be more respectful neighbors.
