Cape Elizabeth Police reported no arrests from Feb. 22-28.

Summonses

2/22 at 7:45 a.m. Michael Conley, 37, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Spurwink Avenue by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of having an uninspected motor vehicle.

2/22 at 1:31 p.m. Sarah Scott, 38, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Bowery Beach Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of having an uninspected motor vehicle.

2/22 at 4 p.m. Christoff Lohman, 76, of Nantucket, Mass., was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of driving 46 mph in a 30 mph zone.

2/23 at 5:22 p.m. Cade Blackburn, 39, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Mitchell Road by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of having an uninspected motor vehicle.

2/23 at 6:25 p.m. Matthew Caiazzo, 19, of Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of driving 69 mph in a 50 mph zone.

2/23 at 6:27 p.m. Richard Berman, 67, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

2/24 at 8:23 p.m. Matthew Crockett, 28, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

2/26 at 8:15 p.m. Max Corwin, 22, of Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on charges of driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to produce insurance.

2/27 at 6:35 p.m. John Snowden, 50, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Spurwink Avenue by Officer Aaron Webster on charges of driving 50 mph in a 35 mph zone and having an uninspected motor vehicle.

2/27 at 9:10 p.m. Gary Rosenfeld, 54, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of driving 47 mph in a 30 mph zone.

2/21 at 2:56 p.m. Alarm call at Phantom Farm Road.

2/23 at 1:20 p.m. Carbon monoxide alarm at Old Ocean House Road.

2/26 at 4:20 p.m. Mutual aid given to South Portland Fire Department.
