2/13 at 10:01 a.m. William A. Weyrauch, 62, of Crescent View Avenue, was arrested on Crescent View Avenue by Officer David Webster on a warrant.

Summonses

2/12 at 4:20 p.m. Helen Muther, 55, of Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of driving an uninspected motor vehicle.

2/12 at 5:50 p.m. Richard Berman, 67, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of driving an uninspected motor vehicle.

2/14 at 5:22 a.m. Michael Tripp, 46, of Windham, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on charges of failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident.

2/15 at 8:28 p.m. Sirena DePaolo, 18, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Bowery Beach Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of driving with a passenger with an open container of alcohol.

2/16 at 4:59 p.m. John Cronan, 30, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Ding-dong drunk

2/14 at 5:22 a.m. Police responded to a call from a resident of Shore Road who reported an unknown person knocking on the door. When police arrived, they found the man, who had allegedly been drinking, sitting in his vehicle in the resident’s driveway. Police said the man, Michael Tripp, 46, of Windham, had been involved in a hit-and-run accident earlier and was wanted by the Portland Police Department.

2/17 at 6:48 a.m. Smoke investigation on Rocky Point Lane.
