2/14 at 10:40 p.m. Jarryd J. Leeks, 22, of Croquet Lane, Portland, was arrested on Route 77 by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/15 at 11:48 p.m. Michael S. Tuttle, of Ocean Avenue, was arrested at his home by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on charges of domestic violence criminal threatening, domestic violence terrorizing, aggravated reckless conduct and aggravated criminal mischief.

2/15 at 11:44 p.m. Ronald J. Bartoli, 22, of Sea Barn Drive, was arrested on Route 77 by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension.

2/18 at 2 p.m. Marie L. Harmon, 38, of Orchard Road, was arrested on Ocean House Road by Officer Rory Diffin on an outstanding warrant for unpaid fines.

2/18 at 9:51 p.m. Eric M. Schultz, 50, of Second Street, South Portland, was arrested on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on charge of violating a protection order.

2/18 at 9:20 p.m. Johnny F. Texidor, 69, of Ocean Street, South Portland, was arrested on Ocean House Road by Officer David Galvan on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/15 at 11:40 a.m. Joseph Spagnola, 53, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Scott Dyer Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of driving 43 mph in a 25 mph zone.

2/16 at 1:11 p.m. Ryan Candage, 23, Skowhegan, was issued  summonses on Shore Road by Officer Rory Diffin on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle.

2/17 at 10:08 a.m. Brenda Welch, 59, Whitefield, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of failing to produce vehicle registration.

2/17 at 12:10 p.m. Nancy Frederick, 61, of Parsonsfield, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of driving 59 mph in a 45 mph zone.

2/18 at 12:30 p.m. Dona Larusso, 57, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Scott Dyer Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of driving an uninspected vehicle.

2/18 at 6:30 p.m. Mario Tremblay,19, Cape Elizabeth, was issued summonses on Bowery Beach Road by Officer David Galvan on charges of possession of marijuana and failing to produce proof of insurance.

2/18 at 9:20 p.m. Johnny F. Texidor, 69, of Ocean Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer David Galvan on a charge of possession of marijuana.

2/19 at 6:05 p.m. Thomas Wright, 32, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of driving 52 mph in a 35 mph zone.

2/19 at 11:47 p.m. A female juvenile, 17 , Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of violating her provisional drivers license.

2/20 at 10:02 a.m. Xiaolei Pan, 42, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Scott Dyer Road by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of failing to obey a stop sign.

Riding the rail

2/18 Officer Ben Davis responded to a call at a home in Shore Acres where a resident reported a 7-foot yellow skateboard rail had been stolen.
