Arrests

2/9 at 5:15 p.m. Chelsea M. Brackett, 19, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Eric Fay on Bowery Beach Road on a charge of operating under the influence and issued a summons on a charge of operating without a license. 

2/10 at 12:35 p.m. Richard Keith Raubeson, 54, of Running Tide Road, was arrested on Running Tide Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of domestic violence assault.

2/12 at 10:05 p.m. William R Clark, 30, of Saco, was arrested by Officer Ben Davis on Fowler Road on charges of domestic violence assault and operating after habitual offender revocation.

Summonses

2/12 at 6:20 p.m. Scott Jipson, 24, of Portland, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating with an expired license.

Smashed windows

2/9 A resident of Sawyer Road reported the rear window of their vehicle had been smashed. The next day, a resident on Fowler Road contacted police to report the rear window of his van was smashed. On Feb. 14, a resident on Spurwink Avenue reported the rear window of his vehicle was shattered. Police at first thought the damage could have been due to the extreme cold weather, but concluded it was criminal mischief. Police encourage residents to notify them if they hear or see anything related to these incidents.
