8/3 at 12:28 a.m. Benjamin Shea, 19, of Glen Avenue, was arrested on Shore Road by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of operating under the influence.


8/3 at 12:28 a.m. Cole Caswell, 19, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of possession of liquor by consumption.

8/6 no time listed Four 15-year-olds, two females and one male of Cape Elizabeth, and one male of Scarborough, were issued summonses at an undisclosed location by Officer Darin Estes on charges of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
