3/30 at 4:06 p.m. Ryan D. Vessey, 28, of Sherman Street, Portland, was arrested on Shore Road by Officer Ben Davis on charges of unauthorized use of property, operating without a license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Summonses

3/26 at 1:10 p.m. Maria Hulswit, 51, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer David Webster on a charge of failure to produce insurance.

3/26 at 4:42 p.m. Dina Martinez-Lombardy, 52, of Portland, was issued a summons at Fort Williams Park by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of driving an uninspected motor vehicle.

3/26 at 10:24 p.m. Marc Oppenheimer, 55, of Aventura, Fla., was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer David Webster for failure to stop at a stop sign.

3/29 at 8:40 a.m. Breece Sleeper, 48, of Biddeford, was issued a summons on Hunts Point Road by Officer David Webster on a charge of operating after suspension.

3/30 at 10:19 a.m. Kimberly Hansen, 44, of Westbrook, was issued a summons on Davcarley Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of driving an uninspected motor vehicle.

3/30 at 11:22 p.m. Kelly Grady, 24, of West Bath, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of driving an uninspected motor vehicle.

Found: Linus’ blanket

3/26, no time reported. Police responded to call from a Broad Cove area resident who reported someone had “turned over a cream-colored blanket” near the resident’s mailbox that morning. Police removed the blanket at the resident’s request.

Re-cycle

3/31, no time reported. Police received a call about an abandoned blue Fugi bicycle in “good condition.” After taking it back to the police department for safe-keeping, it was discovered that the back wheel was frozen. No was has claimed the bike, police said.

Fire calls

3/28 at 11:03 p.m. Carbon monoxide alarm on Poplar Lane.

3/31 at 6:33 p.m. Fire alarm on Peppergrass Road.
