3/27 at 4:36 p.m. Ricky Higgins, 43, of Stable Road, Naples, was arrested on Hemlock Hill Road by Officer Mark Dorval on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/29 at 5:57 p.m. Cheikh N. Fall, 19, of Hannaford Road Cove, was arrested on Katahdin Road by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of criminal trespassing.

3/30 at 1:30 p.m. John K. Astor, 33, of Center Road, Gray, was arrested on Charles Road by Officer Aaron Webster on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, domestic violence criminal mischief and domestic violence disorderly conduct.

3/30 at 11:39 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Mitchell Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/25 at 7:25 p.m. Michael Welsh, 47, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of driving 49 mph in a 35 mph zone.

3/27 at 7:55 a.m. Allyssa Conley, 18, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Bowery Beach Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of driving 61 mph in a 45 mph zone.

3/28 at 9 p.m. John Walsh, 23, of Falmouth, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on a charge of operating an uninspected vehicle.

3/29 at 4:35 p.m. Jonathan Cottrell, 48, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer David Galvan on a charge of failure to produce proof of insurance.

3/30 at A 17-year-old male juvenile, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Sgt. Eric Fay on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor.

3/31 at 3:15 p.m. Scott Heffernan, 46, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Bowery Beach Road by Officer David Galvan on a charge of driving 62 mph in a 45 mph zone.

3/31 at 9:59 p.m. A 17-year-old male juvenile, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of driving 52 mph in a 30 mph zone.

4/2 A Shore Road resident told police someone in Florida had added themselves to a cell phone account held by the Cape Elizabeth resident.
