4/24 at 2:17 a.m. Wilford Frost, 47, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Andy Steindl on Route 77 on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle.
4/26 at 10:34 p.m. Erik Jonswold, 19, of Shrewsbury, Mass. was arrested by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on Route 77 on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
