4/19 at 9:26 p.m. David Roberto Goodglass, 18, of Blueberry Road, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on Stillman Street in South Portland on charges of violation of condition of release and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

4/23 at 6:00 p.m.  A 17-year-old, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin at Cape Elizabeth High School on two warrants on charges of failure to appear on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and operating without a license.


4/21 A 17-year-old boy, of Scarborough, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Mitchell Road on a charge of possession of tobacco products.

No swearing on Shore Road

4/19 Police were notified of a person yelling and using profanity at a residence on Shore Road. Police located the person and warned him of the consequence of disorderly conduct.

4/22 A resident of New York met with police to report that while riding a bicycle along Shore and Cottage roads, the visitor’s cellphone and digital camera were lost.
