4/21 at 11:48 p.m. James P. Ranaghan, 31, of Farm Hill Road, was arrested on Shore Road by Officer Aaron Webster on charges of operating under the influence, operating with an expired license and operating with a license beyond restriction.

4/16 at 1:19 a.m. Hannah Brewster, 19, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of possession of marijuana.

4/16 at 1:30 a.m. Oliver Hagelin, 20, of Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

4/17 at 12:39 a.m. Vincent Omodeo, 25, of Saco, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of failure to produce insurance.

4/18 at 10:32 a.m. Michelle McDaniel, 40, of Windham, was issued a summons on Scott Dyer Road by Officer Jeffery Gaudette on a charge of operating after suspension.

4/18 at 4:01 p.m. Thomas Begley, 44, of Freeport, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating after suspension.

4/20 at 6:31 p.m. Andrew Jalbert, 28, of Portland, was issued a summons on Mitchell Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of failure to produce insurance.
