Arrests
4/18 at 2:50 a.m. Justin David R. Michaud, 20, of Park Avenue, Portland, was arrested by Officer Andy Steindl at Cape Elizabeth High School on a warrant from Springvale District Court for failure to appear on charges of theft. He was also arrested on charges of operating after suspension, violation of instructional permit and failure to provide insurance.
Summonses
4/12 at 3:40 p.m. James Griffin, 45, of South Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on Anthonie Street on a charge of attaching false plates.
4/13 at 8:30 a.m. Connor McAleney, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Rob Merritt on charges of criminal use of a noxious substance and disorderly conduct.

Attacked by a fox
4/15 A resident of the Woodland Road area called police to report they had been attacked and bitten by a fox. Police checked the area but could not locate the animal.
Back for more
4/16 A resident of the Oakhurst Road neighborhood contacted police to report they had been attacked by a sick fox while raking the lawn. Police report the animal was located and destroyed.
