4/7 at 10:00 a.m. Craig B. Garland, 30, of Cornish, was arrested by Officer Ben Davis on Fickett Street on a charge of operating after suspension.

Summonses

4/8 at 11:00 p.m. Stephen Page, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Fenway Road on a charge of possession of alcohol.

4/8 at 11:00 p.m. A 17 year-old girl, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of possession of alcohol.

4/8 at 11:00 p.m. A 16-year-old boy, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of possession of alcohol.

4/9 at 1:15 a.m. A 17-year-old girl, of Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Ocean House Road on a charge of operating after suspension.

Not so safe

4/7 Police were notified that a safe may have been stolen from the house that belonged to a recently deceased man. The man’s family contacted police to report the alleged theft, but police determined there was no evidence of a break in.
