Officer Aaron Webster met with a resident of the Ocean House Road about a second attempt that was made to fraudulently withdraw funds from the plaintiff’s checking account. After the first attempt, the plaintiff chose not to close or change the debit card or account numbers. It was recommended that the plaintiff do so immediately.
