CAPE ELIZABETH — A $25.4 million school budget for fiscal year 2019 was passed by voters on Tuesday, June 12. 

According to the town website, the school budget validation passed with 2,219 votes in favor and 1,483 opposed. In a non-binding advisory question, 1,685 voters said they believed the budget was too high; 1,453 said it was acceptable and 478 said it was too low.
