Portland’s Christmas tree makes its way up Congress Street to Monument Square on Thursday morning, Nov. 21. The 55-foot blue spruce was donated by Heather Bridges of South Portland, and will be lit with 3,000 LED lights in a ceremony at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 29.
