The Brunswick U-14 girls’ soccer team won the recent Division 1 Maine state championship in Yarmouth. Brunswick won its division with wins over Falmouth, 2-0, Winslow, 2-1, and Scarborough, 3-0, defeated Gorham, 4-3, in penalty kicks in the state semifinal game, and beat York, 2-1, in the final.
