BRUNSWICK — The Town Council is accepting applications for nominations to the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority board of trustees.

Applicants are asked to send a letter of interest and resume to the town manager’s office, 28 Federal St., by Thursday, March 20, for the council’s consideration on Monday, March 24. Applications can also be sent via email to Town Clerk Fran Smith at smithfm@brunswickme.org.

If the council decides to nominate any applicants, the nominations will be sent to the office of Gov. Paul LePage, who makes the appointments, pending approval by the state Senate. The selections will be for board positions currently held by Sally DelGreco, Rita Armstrong and John Shattuck, whose terms expired last fall.

MRRA, a quasi-municipal organization, manages and develops the former naval air station, now known as Brunswick Landing and Brunswick Executive Airport.
