Arrests

1/31 at 6:42 a.m. Michael J. Pomerleau, 48, of Switzerland Road in Lewiston, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Brandon Curtis on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of attaching false plates.

1/31 at 4:52 p.m. Allan E. McInnis, 44, of Centre Street in Bath, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Daniel Sylvain on a charge of operating under the influence.

1/31 at 9:23 p.m. David H. Brandt, 67, of Pegasus Street, was arrested on Neptune Drive on charges of operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license.

2/2 at 12:52 a.m. Angela D. Vittum, 46, of Maine Street in Brunswick, was arrested at Pleasant Street and River Road on a charge of violating conditions of release.

2/5 at 6:02 p.m. Benjamin N. Erskine, 37, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Brandon Curtis on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

2/6 at 8:41 p.m. Eric J. Akers, 41, of Federal Street, was arrested at Mid Coast Hospital on Medical Center Drive by Officer Nicholas Bedard on a charge of operating under the influence. 

Summonses

2/1 at 2:22 p.m. Trenton A. Moore, 21, of Granite Ledge Road in Phippsburg, was issued a summons at Adams Road by Officer Kenneth Bailey on a charge of operating under the influence. 

2/3 at 10:18 p.m. Colton D. Parent, 24, of Friar Lane in Cumberland, was issued a summons at Stanwood Street by Officer Cory Iles on a charge of failure to register a vehicle.
