1/22 at 6:19 p.m. Robert Lind, 39, of Bath Road, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Daniel Sylvain and charged with domestic violence assault and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

1/22 at 8:50 p.m. Archie F. Lully, 61, of Dunning Street, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer William D. Brown on charges of criminal trespass and sale or use of drug paraphernalia. 

1/23 at 10:22 p.m. Melissa M. Cantrell, 45, of Harpswell Road, was arrested on Gurnet Road by Officer Brian Funke on a charge of violating conditions of release.

1/23 at 11:27 p.m. Michael K. Salta, 31, of Beverly Drive, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Todd Ridlon on a probation hold.

1/24 at 5:29 p.m. Charles F. Bow, 47, of Franklin Parkway, was arrested on Medical Center Drive by Officer Justin Dolci on three outstanding local warrants.

1/25 at 10:23 a.m. Shawn M. Williams, 36, of Higgins Road, West Bath, was arrested at Gurnet and Coombs roads by Officer Terry A. Goan on an outstanding local warrant and charges of operating after habitual offender license revocation and violating conditions of release.


1/23 at 2:45 a.m. Elton A. Goldmann, 25, of Maquoit Road, was issued a summons on Maine Street by Officer William Brown on a charge of criminal mischief. 

Blizzard banditry

1/26 at midnight. Police are investigating the theft of two snow shovels, a snow rake and vehicle snow brush from in front of a Harriot Lane house, hours before Tuesday’s blizzard.
