9/18 at 2:46 p.m. Peter A. Milliken, 36, of Williams Road, Sabattus, was arrested at Cushing and Cumberland streets by Officer Thomas Stanton on a warrant.

9/20 at 11:46 p.m. Christopher L. McKenney, 21, no address listed, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Patrick Scott on two warrants and a charge of protective custody violation.

9/24 at 9:33 p.m. Debra A. Bourassa, 56, of Maquoit Road, was arrested on Maquoit Road by Officer John Roma on a charge of violating condition of release.

9/24 at 9:58 p.m. Kurt Otterstein-Mueller, 42, of Hildreth Road, Harpswell, was arrested at Gurnet and Coombs roads by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating the influence.

Summonses

9/18 at 9:33 a.m. Frances D. Levesque, 60, no address listed, was issued a summons on Union Street by Officer Jonathan O’Connor on a charge of criminal trespass.

9/19 at 6:44 p.m. Kaitlyn M. Jones, 24, of Upper Pond Road, Litchfield, was issued a summons on Maine Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

9/19 at 9:56 p.m. Ryan M. Doyle, 29, of Potter Street, was issued a summons on Maine Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of forgery.

9/20 at 1:41 p.m. Naptalle N. Hogg, 27, of Hollis, N.Y., was issued a summons on Pleasant Street by Cpt. Mark Waltz on a charge of possession of marijuana. 

9/21 at 4:31 p.m. David A. Gilliam, 39, of Cundy’s Harbor Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons on Federal Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of forgery.
