9/18 at 12:04 a.m. Christina M. Dibiase, 34, of Corliss Street, Bath, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/18 at 4:38 p.m. Brittany M. Odom, 29, of Highland Avenue, Augusta, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Jerod Verrill on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

9/20 at 12:43 a.m. Shawn R. Pike, 35, of Swett Street, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on an outstanding warrant from another agency, a probation hold and charges of operating after habitual offender revocation and operating under the influence.

9/21 at 12:57 a.m. Melissa M. Cantrell, 44, of Harpswell Road, was arrested on Harpswell Road by Officer Garrett Brosnan on a charge of domestic violence assault.

9/21 at 2:01 a.m. John F. McNulty, 31, of Burnside Avenue, Somerville, Massachusetts, was arrested on Gurnet Road by Officer Thomas Stanton on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. 

9/22 at 10:40 a.m. Jessica L. Harvey, 26, of B Street, was arrested on B Street by Officer William Brown on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/23 at 3:58 a.m. Peter W. Zacharewich, 31, of Sproul Block, Woldoboro, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Thomas Stanton on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/18 at 4:34 a.m. Angus A. Smart, 31, of Empire Road, Poland, was issued a summons at Pleasant and Mill streets by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of failure to register vehicle, obscuring motor vehicle plate marks, and operating with a suspended or revoked license.

9/19 at 3:59 p.m. Elwin G. Page, 59, of Old Ferry Road, Richmond, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer John Roma on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
