9/12 at 3:58 p.m. Cherry Pann, 23, of Lovers Lane, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Gretchen Paxton on Elm Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

9/15 at 3:45 p.m. Terry Lee Elwell, 35, of Maquoit Road, was arrested on Elwell Lane by Officer Julia Gillespie on a charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, burglary, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

9/15 at 11:30 p.m. Michael R. Wallace, 27, of High Street, was arrested by Officer Daniel Herbert on High Street in Bath on charges of burglary, criminal mischief, and domestic stalking.

9/17 at 10:34 a.m. Frederick H. Beem, 36, of Main Street, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Edward Yurek on Wadsworth Road on a warrant.

9/13 at 10:22 p.m. Harvey Oakes, 46, of Warren Street, Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Patrick Scott on Pleasant Street on a charge of failure to register vehicle over 150 days.

9/18 at 6:56 a.m. Elizabeth A. Mason, 26, of Litchfield Road, Freeport, was issued a summons by Officer Gretchen Paxton on Bunganuc Road on a charge of failing to make oral or written accident report.

9/12 at 3:58 p.m. A woman was caught stealing approximately $100 worth of Maybelline make-up and Hydroxycut weight loss pills from Hannaford. She was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Not home alone

9/12 at 10:42 p.m. Upon entering his house on Harpswell Road, a Bowdoin College student found a man in the process of stealing electronics. The man fled with a laptop computer and PlayStation in hand. Brunswick Police called a K-9 to the scene, but the dog was unable to track down the burglar.
