9/10 at 10:48 p.m. Austin H. Lemieux, 30, of Oakledge Road, Harpswell, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Office Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/10 at 11:24 p.m. Wendell F. Cressey, 52, of Tall Street, Bath, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Terry Goan on charges of burglary, criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking.

9/11 at 8:21 a.m. Harold H. Owen, 26, by Dunnins Street, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Detective Richard Cutliffe on charges of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

9/12 at 12:10 a.m. Devin J. Moore, 22, of Bath, no address listed, was arrested at Maine and McKeen streets by Officer Jerod Verrill on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

9/13 at 11:13 a.m. Joanna Stilwell, 28, Water Street, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Lynne Doucette on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of violating conditions of release.

9/14 at 9:42 p.m. Daniel G. Tonini, 55, of Greely Road, Cumberland, was arrested at Bath Road and Sills Drive by Officer Garrett Brosnan on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of possession of marijuana.

9/15 at 1:26 p.m. Eddie N. Heard, 39, of Davis Crescent, was arrested on Davis Crescent by Officer Brian Funke on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
