9/8 at 7:05 p.m. Alfred W. Costa, 25, of Pleasant Street, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Matthew Nicholson on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/9 at 5:14 p.m. Errol F. Staples, 31, of Faye Street, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Matthew Nicholson on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

9/9 at 7:34 p.m. Brian Johnson, 34, of Batholomew Street, Lisbon, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer William Brown on outstanding warrants from other agencies.

9/11 at 10:16 p.m. Lance A. Sherman, 39, of Haskell Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Haywood Lane by Officer Cory Iles on charges of violating a protection order and violating conditions of release, and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/11 at 2:35 a.m. Slayden L. Lamarre, 20, of Sunset Cove Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Cory Iles on outstanding warrants from another agency.

9/12 at 9:45 p.m. Brittany A. Wallace, 23, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Cory Iles on a probation hold.

9/13 at 6:27 p.m. Sara J. Gonzalez, 44, of Shobe Avenue, was arrested on Medical Center Drive by Sgt. Edward Yurek on charges of failure to report an accident and operating under the influence. 

9/13 at 10:31 p.m. Stephen E. Sherburne, 29, no address listed, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Brian Funke on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/10 at 3:57 p.m. Elisabeth M. Sprague, 61, of Drayton Road, Bath, was issued a summons on Tibbets Drive by Officer Charles Tompson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
