Crazy like a fox

9/8 at 11:47 a.m. A Spring Street resident reported a fox drinking from a puddle in the road that “looked rabid.” The fox was gone by the time the animal control officer arrived.

Crazy like a dog

9/11 at 2:46 p.m. A caller reported a loose dog on Mallett Park Drive that appeared to be “rabid or starving.” It was gone by the time the animal control officer arrived.
