9/3 at 6:14 p.m. Daniel P. Dalton, 54, of Maine Street, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Terry Goan on a charge of criminal trespass.

9/4 at 11:22 p.m. Scott A. Coombs, 37, of Water Street, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of violating conditions of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and possession of marijuana.

9/5 at 12:08 p.m. Elizabeth A. Staples, 22, of Middle Street, Bath, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer William Brown on charges of theft, violating conditions of release and criminal trespass.

9/7 at 2:37 p.m. Jesse Robert York, 28, of Trenton Place, Topsham, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer William Brown on five outstanding warrants.

9/8 at 5:51 p.m. Kevin Haycock, 23, of Madeline Drive, was arrested on Madeline Drive by Officer Robert Lane on a charge of domestic violence assault.

9/6 at 9:52 p.m. George A. Dugal, 61, of McLellan Street, was issued a summons on McLellan Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of operating while license is suspended or revoked and failure to register a vehicle.
