Arrests

10/1 at 8:39 a.m. Steven Black, of Crooker Road, was arrested on Mere Point Road by Asst. Marine Resources Officer Paul Plummer on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/1 at 9:05 a.m. Michael K. Russ, 33, of Perryman Drive, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Charles Tompson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/1 at 11:48 a.m. Steven McNally, 53, of Webster Street, was arrested on Webster Street by Detective William Moirs on charges of criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary, and theft by receiving stolen property.

10/1 at 6:15 p.m. Trisha L. Fontaine, 37, of Mill Street, was arrested on Mill Street by Officer Garrett Brosnan on a charge of domestic violence assault.

10/1 at 10:03 p.m. James E. Rozakis, 38, of Somerville, Massachusetts, was arrested on Mill Street by Officer Justin Dolci on charges of harassment by telephone and harassment.

10/3 at 12:10 a.m. Michael S. McMahon, 22, of Huntley Way, Buxton, was arrested on Interstate 295 North by Officer Garrett Brosnan on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, violating conditions of release and possession of marijuana.

10/3 at 5:15 a.m. Wendall D. Casler, 37, of Oak Street, was arrested on Stone Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/4 at 8:38 p.m. Zachary P. Chart, 21, of Jordan Avenue, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of obstructing government administration.

10/4 at 8:38 p.m. Garrett J. Durham, of Pleasant Hill Road, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of disorderly conduct, failure to notify of a motor vehicle accident and failure to make oral or written accident report.
